Open OnDemand application updates (eRI)

We will be performing maintenance on the applications available through Open OnDemand in the eRI environment.
During this maintenance window, Open OnDemand applications may be unavailable. Please avoid launching or using applications during this time.
The following changes will be made:

Remove:
- IGV: Preset
- IGV
- Jupyter Notebook Preset
- Jupyter Lab

Rename:
- IGV Staging to IGV
- Jupyter Lab – staging to Jupyter Lab

These updates are intended to simplify the application list and promote the tested staging versions into production.
